1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small files that a website or third party stores in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage and session storage, can also save or read information on your device. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these technologies unless a distinction is useful.

We use two categories only:

  • Necessary storage, used only to remember your privacy choice. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
  • Analytics, used to measure visits and interactions so we can improve the website. It is optional and disabled by default.

2. Your choices

On your first visit, you can accept analytics, reject it, or review the settings. Accept and reject are stored for the same period: six months. We ask again when that period ends or when a material change to the purposes, providers or policy version requires a new choice.

You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. When you switch analytics off, LENwine stores the refusal, sends denial signals to the loaded providers where available, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page so optional scripts no longer run.

Rejecting analytics does not reduce access to the site. Your choice affects only optional measurement.

3. Necessary storage

NameProvider & typePurposeStored dataDuration

These records remain on your device. LENwine does not use them to follow you across websites.

4. Analytics cookies

The following technologies may be used only after analytics consent. Browser settings and provider updates can shorten a stated lifetime.

LENwine sends ad_Storage: denied to Clarity even when analytics is accepted. Microsoft documents cookies such as MUID, CLID, ANONCHK, MR and SM for advertising or Microsoft-domain identity functions; the current LENwine configuration does not authorise that storage. If any of them appears in a production audit, it should be treated as a configuration issue and investigated.

5. Providers and international transfers

The analytics providers are Google and Microsoft. They may process pseudonymous usage data on infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards must apply as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Provider documentation: Google Analytics cookie usage, Google Consent Mode, Microsoft Clarity cookies, and Clarity Consent API.

You can also remove cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may remove the saved refusal as well, in which case LENwine will ask for your choice again.

6. Changes and contact

This inventory reflects the website configuration on the date shown above. LENwine reviews it when tags, providers or purposes change. New non-essential technologies must not be activated until the consent interface and this policy are updated.
